Our story
DCareTree started with a simple observation: family daycare providers are extraordinary educators and business owners, but the software world mostly ignores them. Website builders are too generic, childcare management systems are priced for centers with hundreds of kids, and so most home daycares run on paper forms, spreadsheets, and payment apps taped together.
So we built one place for all of it. In under ten minutes, a provider can publish a professional website on her own subdomain — programs, photos, tuition, and an enrollment form included. From the same dashboard she can track students and attendance, collect tuition online, send daily reports, message families through a private parent portal, and give her assistants their own logins.
DCareTree is currently in early access. We're onboarding our first founding members personally — working directly with licensed family daycare providers to make sure the product genuinely fits how they run their businesses. Every feature we build starts with what they tell us they need next.
